Registration

Registration Fees

The full registration fee includes all plenary and concurrent sessions, Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday Aquarium Reception, Tuesday Poster Reception, all scheduled luncheons and breaks, and the TCS 22 Proceedings. Workshops and field trips are optional and require separate registration and an additional fee.

Registration fees are outlined on the registration below. Early registration closes 5pm Pacific Time, May 18, 2010 - The early registration deadline has been extended to 5 pm Pacific Time on May 25, 2010.

How to Register

ONLINE: You are highly encouraged to register online! Click here for a secure site and register with a credit card. You will receive an email acknowledgement of receipt of your registration. The deadline for online registration is Wednesday, June 9 at midnight PST. After this date, please register onsite at the conference. You may register onsite with cash, check or credit card.

BY MAIL: Send your completed registration form with check or credit card information to: Conference Coordinator, PO Box 2302, Valley Center, CA 92082, USA. The deadline for receipt of your mailed registration form is Monday, June 7.

BY FAX: Fax your completed registration form with credit card information to a secure fax machine at 760-751-5003. Click here for the Registration form. The deadline for receipt of your faxed registration form is Monday, June 7 at midnight PST.

Payment

Payment may be made with credit card, check or money order payable to The Coastal Society. Agencies accustomed to securing registration with a purchase order are highly encouraged to use a credit card, if possible, or to use their system to request a check to accompany their registration.

Confirmations

Web registrations will be acknowledged by email. All registrants will receive a formal confirmation and receipt by regular mail.

Cancellation

Policy Cancellations must be requested in writing (FAX and email acceptable) and received by Thursday, May 18, 2010. Cancellations before May 18 will be refunded, minus a 20% handling fee. Cancellations after May 18, 2010, will not be refunded. "No Shows" will not be refunded. Substitutions are welcome; please use a new registration form (write in a note about whom you are replacing) and submit by FAX or call us by phone. Refunds for payment made by check will be made in 4 - 5 weeks. Refunds for payment made by credit card will be made within 5 to 7 business days.
